The first step is a quick introductory call to get to know you, understand your needs and ensure that we are best suited to help you.

Next, we will come to you for an initial consultation to meet, create a thorough plan designed to meet your needs and priorities and provide any resources needed for immediate issues you are dealing with.
At that point, if we are a fit, a signed contract and retainer are required to begin work. If your needs are purely virtual, the initial consultation is not necessary.

Next we begin the work. Whether you are a senior or an executor, we work with you and any other professionals required to handle the contents and needs of the estate thoughtfully and efficiently. Professionals we consistently liaise with include attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, appraisers, local auction houses, charities, cleaners, estate sale vendors, movers, banking institutions, property managers, senior living communities and professional fiduciaries. We will work with your current advisors or help you select ones that are the right fit for your needs.

We are available to meet virtually or in person depending on the needs and we create a frequency of check ins designed to ensure the work is completed efficiently while honoring your busy schedules and desired frequency.
Whether you are an executor or someone looking to prepare their estate, you maintain ultimate authority and control while we do a majority of the actual work.
