I understand all comments and ideas offered are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my goals. I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for all choices and decisions I make on my estate or in my capacity as an executor or interested party in the estate of someone else. I understand that Pathlight LLC does not provide legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. I agree to verify and validate any information or resources offered on these subjects with the relevant professional. I understand that notes from introductory calls, initial consultations and coaching may be kept by Pathlight LLC, that they are available to me upon request and that there may be a fee for preparation and supplies. For coaching clients, trackers and documentation will be accessible to the client throughout the coaching process. For in-person clients, it is the policy of Pathlight LLC to deliver upon termination of work together all records, notes, and data of any nature that are in its possession or under its control and that are of the Client's property or relate to services performed on behalf of the Client. All client notes and information shared are confidential and Pathlight LLC will release no information without my written consent unless legally or ethically required to do so. I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Google Meet, Zoom and other technology. I understand that payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. If I cancel more than 48 hours prior to a session, I will be able to reschedule the session. If a session is canceled with less than 48 hours, I forfeit my session. I release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pathlight LLC and its owner, officers, agents, and employees from all suits, actions, or claims of any character, name, or description including attorney fees, brought on account of any injuries or damage, or loss (real or alleged) received or sustained by any person, persons, or property, arising out of services provided under this Agreement. Should any heirs related to my estate or the estate for which I have engaged Pathlight LLC initiate legal proceedings against Pathlight LLC and its owners, I, or my estate if I am deceased, shall be responsible for all legal services required by Pathlight LLC and its owners as part of such proceedings relating to services provided.
